Meet Lashelle Bolton

Your Wellness Community Leader and Guide to Faith-Based Transformation

"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies."

- 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

My Personal Journey

I understand the struggle because I've lived it. For years, I battled the belief that caring for my physical health was somehow selfish or took away from my service to God and family. Every time I tried to exercise or focus on nutrition, guilt would creep in: "Shouldn't I be spending this time in prayer or serving others? Isn't focusing on my appearance vanity? Am I being too self-centered?"

I tried countless secular wellness programs that left me feeling empty and conflicted. The motivation was always about looking better, feeling more confident, or achieving some worldly standard of beauty. But as a woman of faith, these motivations felt hollow and often contradicted my spiritual values.

The breakthrough came during a particularly challenging season when my declining health was actually impacting my ability to serve my family and community effectively.

Through my own transformation journey, I experienced firsthand how physical wellness directly impacts emotional stability, mental clarity, and life purpose effectiveness. I realized that my struggles had prepared me to help others break free from the guilt-shame cycle and discover the joy of honoring their bodies through comprehensive wellness.

Glory Not Guilt was born from this calling: to create a community where people understand that taking care of themselves isn't selfish, it's essential stewardship that enables greater service and life satisfaction.

The Glory Not Guilt Philosophy

The Glory Not Guilt approach is built on three foundational principles:

01.

Biblical Stewardship

Your body is God's temple, and caring for it is an act of worship and obedience that honors Him and enables greater service.

02.

Comprehensive Transformation

True wellness addresses physical health, spiritual growth, emotional healing, and life purpose alignment simultaneously.

03.

community-Centered Progress

Transformation happens best within a supportive community. We celebrate progress over perfection and growth over guilt.

This philosophy creates sustainable transformation because it addresses the heart motivations and value foundations that other approaches miss, while providing practical guidance and community support that creates lasting change.
