Hard Work or Heart Work

One thing that we know about Jesus is that he worked with integrity. His trade was carpentry and his purpose was to save the world. He worked intentionally and in excellence at both.

When we are not working in excellence, we must stop and do a self check. If we say we are like Him, we must have is character. Colossians 3:23 says "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters"

We should not be afraid to work hard. It is honorable. Whether you work with your hands, your brain, your leadership skills, your ministry or your family and household, do it with all of your heart and do it when it's hard.

The reward is great. Not only does it please God. But it also shows others around you that you that your Father has taught you right. Let's do better starting today.
